We are able to produce sketch proposals for difficult urban sites and the re-use of rural and urban brownfield sites in order to ascertain the best and most cost efficient site usage.

We have designed and constructed large housing projects for both the private and the social sectors.

Our clients have included:

86 Flats in Huntingdon

Planning permission has now been granted for this town centre scheme on a brown field site which includes the old bus garage. On one of the main entrances into the town a landmark, contemporary scheme was required and we have worked closely with the district council to produce a scheme with high ambitions.

Eco Village in Hertfordshire

On the site of an old turkey farm a scheme has been developed to produce housing with a minimal carbon footprint within easy cycling distance of a commuting train station.

Housing in Hong Kong and Ghana 

We completed large housing schemes for University staff in Hong Kong some years ago and received the Hong Kong Institute of Architects Award for Architectural Excellence for two consecutive years. We are now working on prefabricated houses in Ghana which should start on site next year. (Images 9 to 14)
