‘I wasn’t convinced we needed an architect at first, but I’m glad now we had Chris. This was a major project for us, and I had given it a lot of thought...but Chris challenged my own ideas and I enjoyed the process of achieving a better design with his input. He also made sense of the planning process. He was there when I needed him, but was happy for me to have my own relationship with the builder.
